Free Initial Online Video or Phone Consultation

We are pleased to offer you a free 20-minute consultation, online or via phone, for all interested individuals. During this time, we can assess each other while experiencing the power of compassionate listening and professional guidance in a safe, nonjudgmental space. We will take the time and care to understand your unique challenges and goals and what you seek from therapy. Please know that this is not a therapy session.

First Session/Intake

During the 80–90-minute intake session, your therapist will collect information to gain a complete understanding of what you have been experiencing and the reasons you are seeking help while exploring your mental health struggles and emotional stress. The intake session will include informed consent paperwork, wellness assessments, personal and family information gathering, goals for therapy, treatment planning, and setting up the client’s file.

First Session/Intake $175 (prices subject to change).  Now tax free.

Individual Therapy

50-minute therapy sessions will be conducted via phone or video chat in a safe, caring, and confidential environment, allowing individuals to delve into their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. In these sessions, clients will work through challenging or influential memories, identify areas in their lives they wish to change, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop insight into their relationships with others. Clients will set personal goals and work collaboratively toward achieving desired changes.

Individual Therapy $150 (prices subject to change).  Now tax free.

Online Family Counselling

During our 50-minute sessions, we address the challenges your family may face, such as communication issues, conflicts between siblings, or disagreements with children. Family counselling helps restore communication and understanding, making it easier to resolve disagreements. Participants acquire communication skills and learn conflict management techniques while ensuring everyone’s perspectives are acknowledged.

Couples' First Session/Intake

During the 80–90-minute intake session, your therapist will gather information to understand your experiences and reasons for seeking help, exploring your connection with your partner and any underlying emotional stress. The intake session includes informed consent paperwork, wellness assessments, gathering personal and family information, establishing therapy goals, treatment planning, and setting up the client’s file. EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, PTSD, and other distressing life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR does not require individuals to discuss their trauma extensively. Instead, it allows your brain to process and resolve distressing experiences naturally and effectively. It utilizes bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones—to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity.
